You can customize the page intro section (the top part of the page with the title) from Theme Options depending on the type of the page, and you can change colors, background image, divider shape, padding top/bottom…etc.

How to customize a specific Normal Page intro?
You can customize the intro of a normal page directly from the Page settings in WordPress where you can select a custom page intro background image, or disable the intro for this specific page:
Otherwise, if you want to create a custom intro for this page only you can disable the default Intro area of this specific page (from page settings) then create a custom Intro area (normal page section) at the beginning of the page using the page builder depending on your needs.
How to customize a Category page intro background?
You can customize the intro of a specific category page directly from the Category settings in WordPress (from WordPress admin panel > Posts > Categories > Edit category):
